Buying
Are your iPhones genuine Apple products? +
Yes, 100%. We only sell genuine Apple iPhones. Every device we sell is verified to be
authentic and is sourced from reputable suppliers. We never deal with counterfeit or replica
products.
What does "pre-owned" mean? +
Pre-owned means the device was previously owned by someone else. However, unlike typical
"second-hand" phones, our pre-owned devices go through our rigorous 50-point inspection and
restoration process to ensure they meet our quality standards.
What condition are the phones in? +
All our phones are thoroughly inspected and graded. We clearly state the condition of each
device in the product description. Most devices are in excellent condition with minimal
signs of use. Any cosmetic imperfections are disclosed upfront.
Are the phones unlocked? +
Yes, all our iPhones are network unlocked and will work with any South African carrier
including Vodacom, MTN, Cell C, and Telkom. You can insert your SIM card and start using it
immediately.

Do you deliver nationwide? +
Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Delivery times vary by
location but typically range from 2-5 business days.
How much does shipping cost? +
We offer FREE delivery on orders over R2,000. For orders under R2,000, a flat shipping fee
applies which will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order? +
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can
also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Warranty & Returns
What warranty do you offer? +
All our devices come with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects and hardware
failures. Please check individual product listings for specific warranty duration. Our
warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or software issues.
What is your return policy? +
We offer a 7-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return
it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the device is in its original
condition with all accessories.
How do I claim warranty? +
Simply contact us via email or our contact form with your order number and a description of
the issue. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and arrange for
repair or replacement.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept payment via PayFast, which includes Visa, Mastercard, instant EFT, and other
popular South African payment methods. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Is it safe to pay online? +
Absolutely. We use PayFast, a trusted South African payment gateway, which uses bank-level
encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your card details on our
servers.
